If you have been waiting for the BlackBerry 6 powered BlackBerry Bold 9780, then your wait is almost over. Today Research In Motion announced the BlackBerry Bold 9780 officially. The Bold 9780 is the replacement or refresh  of the Bold 9700 it doubles the internal flash memory to 512MB, 5 megapixel, and ships with BlackBerry 6 preloaded.

T-Moble has already announced that they will carry the BlackBerry Bold 9780 starting November 12th and will cost $129.00 with two year contract. No word from AT&T as to when they will release the Bold 9780.

RIM Introduces the New BlackBerry Bold 9780 Smartphone

It comes with a 5 MP camera with a full complement of high-end features including continuous auto focus, scene modes, image stabilization, flash and video recording. The BlackBerry Bold 9780 also includes 512 MB Flash memory and an expandable memory card slot that supports up to 32 GB of additional storage.
